Diary of a university student

That week was the party of Magdalena in Castelló which is the most important celebration there. There are: concerts, street band, typical food and drink…

This morning I went to the cobbler to pick up my favorites boots. They had a little problem at the sole and they weren’t confortable. But the boots weren’t ready so I went at midday but they still weren't ready. I went later a little bit angry but my wonderful boots were perfect. I did my luggage to go by train to Castellon to enjoy Magdalena. 

When I arrived I went straight to the “Colla” (in Castellon people call “colla” to each group of friends and also the site where the friends meet).

At night we had dinner in the Colla and then we went to two concerts in a main square. 

I think Magdalena is so fun, funnier than “Fallas”, because that annual festival can be enjoyed everybody: children, adolescents, parents, old people, tourists… In the other side, “Fallas”, I think, is only for “falleros” and tourists.
